Welcome to AiPin! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the AiPin mobile application (“App”), provided by AiPin (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using AiPin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Definitions
- “User” refers to any individual using the AiPin app.
- “Administrator” refers to users managing the platform.
- “Corporate User” refers to users managing employees, rewards, and schedules.
- “Domestic User” refers to users managing dependents and rewards.
- “Rewards” are incentives given to users based on their screen time reduction.
- “Check-in and Check-out” refers to the logging of user activity for point calculation.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local laws).
- If you are under 18, you need parental or guardian consent to use AiPin.
- By using AiPin, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Account Registration
- You must register with a valid email and create a secure password.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Use of the App
- AiPin monitors your screen time and rewards you for reducing phone usage.
- Users must follow all applicable laws when using the App.
- Any misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access or attempts to manipulate rewards, may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Rewards and Redemption
- Rewards are granted based on predefined criteria and point accumulation.
- A redemption request must be approved by an administrator or a corporate/domestic user with higher privileges.
- Rejected redemptions will return points to the user’s balance.
- Rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
- We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Data collected includes screen time usage, user preferences, and reward history.
- We do not sell your data to third parties but may share necessary information with partners to fulfill rewards.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions or errors.
- We are not responsible for any financial or non-financial losses resulting from App use, including missed rewards.
- Users assume full responsibility for their reliance on the data provided by AiPin.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate the reward system through fraudulent means.
- Share or distribute unauthorized copies of AiPin.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of AiPin or any third party.
9. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time, but any unused rewards may be forfeited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
